From Ilford to anywhere in the UK
Local moves around Redbridge and East London, every London borough, the home counties, and planned or dedicated runs to every region of England, Scotland and Wales.
Where we start from
UK Fair Price Removals is based at Suite 13, 30 Uphall Road, Ilford IG1 2JF, in the London Borough of Redbridge. Ilford sits where the A12 meets the A406 North Circular, a few minutes from the M11 and about twenty from the M25 at both the Dartford Crossing and junction 27. For a removals and freight operator that is a useful place to be: local work in East London is close, and the motorway network in every direction is near.
Local means the boroughs around us where a crew can be with you quickly and a small job stays a small job: Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham, Newham, Havering and Waltham Forest, and the towns within them from Romford to Stratford. London means all of it, north and south of the river, including the City and Canary Wharf. Nationwide means exactly that; see the regions below.

How distance changes a quote
Within London, distance matters less than you might expect. A move from Ilford to Ealing is mostly loading and unloading time, with a couple of hours of driving in between. Access at each end usually affects the price more than the miles.
Beyond the M25 the balance shifts. Fuel, driving hours and, for the longest runs, an overnight stop for the crew become real lines on the quote. We show them separately, so a move to Manchester reads as a local-sized loading job plus a clearly priced journey, rather than one large number.
For freight, distance is usually the main cost, and the biggest saving available is accepting a slot on a route we are already running rather than a dedicated vehicle on a fixed date. Our nationwide distribution page explains when that is possible.
Moving in, out of or across London?
Send both postcodes and what is moving. We will quote the job and the journey as separate, readable lines.
